Australia
l The shipping fee is $18 for the first 1kg and then the fee increases by $10 for every additional 1kg

Asia
l The shipping fee is $29.50 for the first 1kg and then the fee increases by $21 for every additional 1kg

Rest of the world
l The shipping fee is $40 for the first 1kg and then the fee increases by $20 for every additional 1kg

What if your order is heavy or bulky?
Your order is charged extra the heavier it is. Please refer to the shipping prices section of the page.

Do we deliver of Saturdays?
Unfortunately we do not deliver on Saturday.

Are you allowed to pick up your order?
Yes you may pick up your order from our store.

Do we do free shipping?
Yes for orders over $99 that are within New Zealand.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide free shipping outside of New Zealand.

How long does the shipping take?

New Zealand:
1-3 working days (tracking number provided)

Australia:
6-10 working days (tracking number provided)

Asia:
6-10 working days (tracking numbers provided)

Rest of the world:
6-10 working days (tracking number provided)

These time frames begin once the order has left our premises, not when the order is placed. This could be due to stock availability. Working days does not include the weekend. Please note that Buyanz has no control over the delivery times once the order has left our premises.

Delivery in New Zealand:
Note that the delivery may take longer than usual during the holiday period. Ie Christmas, Easter, New Year, and other public holiday dates. Once the order leaves our premises, we have no control over the delivery schedule.

If paying by direct credit/internet banking:
All orders paid by internet banking will start to be processed once the payment has been cleared by the bank. The payment is expected within 24 hours of placing the order. We are unable to process your order before we have received your payment. If we have not received your payment withing 3 days, we will cancel your order. You are still most welcome to go online and order from us anytime.

Who do we use?
For our New Zealand deliveries we use Fastway. For all our international deliveries (outside of New Zealand) we use EMS.

Do we deliver to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Do you have to sign for the parcel?
No, all the orders are sent out with no signature required.
Please ensure that the address you have provided is accurate and complete.

Can you leave a note for the courier?
Yes, Buyanz forwards all the messages to the courier driver on the delivery notes. Although, because we do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we are unable to guarantee whether the courier driver will enforce the delivery notes.
